Tucker Meridian Shopping Center, located off I-285 and Lavista, is strategically placed to offer access from downtown Atlanta to Athens. Its market includes Emory University, North Decatur, Northlake, Tucker and Stone Mountain.

A new apartment development by Fairfield Residential consisting of 210 luxury multi-family unites adjacent to Tucker Meridain, which began construction in 2017, has been completed and leasing is going well.
