We specialize in locating the best location in the desired markets. We negotiate the most favorable lease terms for our clients. We conduct market studies to isolate the best shopping centers or freestanding spots from which the client can expect the most success.
Our experience as Landlord has given us the opportunity to learn every rental concession known in the industry. Rent concessions, Landlord paid Tenant improvements, Moving expenses, exclusive parking, exclusive use protection are just few of the perks a tenant can benefit from a well negotiated lease.
Once the lease has been finalized and the client is in and operating, we can help with Landlord Tenant relations, interpreting and analyzing year-end pass through expenses (CAM, Taxes and Insurance) billed to the client.
In addition we can provide the tenant with construction services to have the space finished to the Clients’ exact specifications.
The Landlord almost always pays commissions.
