BFKCO is the exclusive broker for all BFKCO’s properties in acquisition, sale and leasing. We also represent third parties in real estate enterprises including tenant representation, acquisition, sales and consulting on commercial development.

Ben F. Kushner Co. is constantly seeking development opportunities. We explore sites for the top retail and grocery tenants in the US. Our size criterion varies from an acre or two up to 50+ acres.
Tenant Representation
Ben F. Kushner Co. has negotiated literally thousands of leases since the inception of the company in 1972. We have represented both Landlord and Tenant.
Property Management
Ben F. Kushner Co. has been managing properties since the 1970’s. We offer full service property management including, leasing, maintenance, accounting, legal, collections, insurance, lease administration, property tax negotiations and construction.
Property Development
Ben F. Kushner Co. has developed more than a million square feet of shopping centers and single tenant retail properties across the Southeast during the past 40 years.
