Ben F. Kushner Co. has developed more than a million square feet of shopping centers and single tenant retail properties across the Southeast during the past 40 years.

​

We began in the 1970’s developing convenience stores for Magic Market in Georgia. We also developed for Goodyear Tire, Pizza Hut and Seven Eleven during the decade.

​

Out first shopping center was in Fayetteville, GA in 1977. We built a 40,000 SF shopping center known as Fayette 85. The tenants included Food Giant and Treasury Drug Store.

We successfully built and completed specialty shopping centers in Duluth, GA and Roswell, GA in the early 2000’s.

​

More recently in 2006 we developed a 48,000 square foot Walmart shadow shopping center in Dacula, GA. This project also included development of free standing retail stores for Chili’s, CVS, Chick-fil-a, Bank of Commerce, Taco Bell and Goodwill. We completed a large development in Warner Robbins, GA in 2009 for Best Buy, Bed Bath Beyond and Olive Garden. The project also included shops and other restaurants.

We followed the Warner Robbins Project with a specialty center in Locust Grove, GA that also includes a Zaxby’s, Walmart and a soon to be built national chain restaurant.
